Name: Stefan Hefele

Designation: Technician

Stefan is Schaltkulisse’s newest addition and team member of our Engineering department. Like many bitten by the car virus, he pursued an automotive mechatronics apprenticeship and earned a master technician title thereafter. He started his professional career in 2015 in the legendary halls of BMW Classic in Munich where he stayed until 2017, an occupation during which he was on the road, a lot, as part of the Service Team fort he Mille Miglia, Arabella Classic, and even the Festival of Speed in Goodwood. He then joined the development department at BMW Group in 2018 where he stayed until 2020. Since May 2022, he is an active member of the Engineering department, bringing in a lot of know-how accumulated no only professionally, but also on the side as an occupation in his spare time. Indeed, he has built a small workshop around his garage, where together with his father, they enjoy restoring a 1965 Ford Mustang 289 convertible.

He loves snowboard and enjoys the one or other motorbike ride. He is also a volunteer firefighter in the Puchheim area near Munich.

Meet Michelle Eicher

Michelle is the youngest team member of the shift gate. When she’s not practicing ballet with children, Michelle takes care of our media design. She came to our Munich office in April 2021 as a dual student at the IU in Munich to gain professional experience and has since made sure that our ads, books, invitations and everything we print or send out look good.

Meet Sylvia Weiss

Sylvia came to Schaltkulisse in 2014 as an assistant in the back office. She manages to relieve management of a lot of work and works her way around all the office headaches, things like *cough cough*, the complicated German paperwork. She is always willing to lend a hand, even when she is building her new terrace at home, is happy to take our calls and messages and responds quickly to urgent matters.

Meet Hugh Angle

Hugh’s career began in the art world at Sotheby’s in London, but his true passion has always been classic and racing cars, passed down to him by his father, an avid collector and racer of Porsche and Aston Martin. Hugh spent many successful and competitive years behind the wheel of a number of specialist racing cars across Europe, including a few years as a trainer at Silverstone Circuit Racing School in the UK and time in British GT3.
